Paschal Naylor – Managing Director
Paschal Naylor is Managing Director of a&o. Paschal has held senior management positions as a Director of EDS GFS Ireland and as Finance Manager of Memorex Telex. Prior to joining Memorex Paschal worked in Mostek Ireland, General Foods & Bailey Gibson Ireland. He is a Certified Accountant (FCCA) and a graduate member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland (MMII).
John Murphy - Director
John Murphy is a Director of a&o and has been with the company for 26 years. He is responsible for the development of a&o’s portfolio of professional services & products. He also manages a number of strategic customer accounts. John was previously a board member of EDS GFS and Memorex Telex and held the position of Business Development Director. Prior to joining Memorex, John worked with Honeywell Information Systems. He is a graduate of the DIT.
Howard Roberts – Head of Technology and Professional Services
Howard is Head of Technology and Professional Services at a&o since 2006. Prior to joining a&o Howard was Technical Director with Xnet Information Systems, Country Manager for Redstor Ltd and Principal Consultant with Sabeo Technologies Ltd. Howard was Technical Director for Softbank Inc. in the US throughout the 1990’s, with primary responsibility for the design, implementation and management of voice and data systems for Softbanks call/data centres across North America. He has a Degree in Computer Science from Trinity College.
